eIDAS-compliant e-signatures: Types, validity and regulation

Legal electronic signatures with Click & Sign

In the European Union, electronic signatures are governed by the eIDAS Regulation (Electronic Identification and Trust Services), which sets the legal standards for validating digital documents. This regulation recognises three levels of e-signature: basic, advanced, and qualified.

A qualified signature holds the same legal status as a handwritten signature and offers the highest level of authenticity and security.

We are a qualified trust service provider, authorised to issue electronic signatures that meet the strictest legal and security standards.
