2. Purpose of the processing

LLEIDA.NET will collect your personal using the forms available on the Web and will treat them in order to:

• Identify users.
• Provision of the services contracted by the user.
• To process orders, requests or respond to enquiries submitted by the user through any of the contact methods available on the Lleida.net website..
• Sending commercial communications by any electronic or physical means. Such communications will be related to products or serviced provided by LLEIDA.NET. The acceptance is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of the LSSI.
• CV submission: Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing job applications submitted by the user, as well as storing and reviewing the CV provided in relation to any vacancies that may arise within the company.

The fields marked as mandatory in the registration forms are strictly necessary to meet user’s requests properly, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields.

Purposes involving third-party services:

• Google reCAPTCHA: reCAPTCHA is a bot-blocking tool that protects websites from spam, abuse, and fraud. It works by analysing user behaviour and other factors to determine whether an action is performed by a human or a bot. If suspicious activity is detected, reCAPTCHA may take action to prevent unauthorised access, such as presenting a challenge or blocking the interaction entirely. • Zapier chatbot: The website chatbot is a conversational AI and support system provided by Zapier, aimed at assisting with visitor queries. It collects the user’s email address and full name in order to offer a better support experience.

The personal data provided will be retained unless the user requests its deletion. Specific retention periods:

• Chatbot: 6 months from the date of collection
• CVs: 24 months from the date of collection
• Service provision and information requests: In accordance with Lleida.net’s service policies and practices

4. Legal bases for data processing

In all other cases, the legal basis for the processing is the free consent provided by the user which may be withdrawn at any time.

5. Recipients

LLEIDA NET will not disclose any personal data unless required by law.

In the event that some type of transfer of personal data was to be made, the express, informed and unambiguous consent of the user will , be requested in advance.

6. Rights of the Data Subject

Each user (data subject) has the following rights regarding his or her personal data:

• Right to request access to your personal data

  Anyone has the right to know if LLEIDA.NET handles personal data about them. The individuals concerned are entitled to access their personal data.

  To obtain from the controller without undue delay the rectification of inaccurate personal data concerning him or her without undue delay.

• Right to request the erasure of your data ( right to be forgotten)

• Right to request restriction of processing

  • The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21.1 of the GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
