2. Purpose of the processing

LLEIDA.NET will collect your personal using the forms available on the Web and will treat them in order to:

  • Identify users.
  • Provision of the services contracted by the user.
  • To process orders, requests or respond to enquiries submitted by the user through any of the contact methods available on the Lleida.net website..
  • Sending commercial communications by any electronic or physical means. Such communications will be related to products or serviced provided by LLEIDA.NET. The acceptance is always revocable, without retroactive effects, in accordance with the provisions of article 22.2 of the LSSI.
  • CV submission: Personal data will be processed for the purpose of managing job applications submitted by the user, as well as storing and reviewing the CV provided in relation to any vacancies that may arise within the company.

The fields marked as mandatory in the registration forms are strictly necessary to meet user’s requests properly, being voluntary the inclusion of data in the remaining fields.

  • Google reCAPTCHA: reCAPTCHA is a bot-blocking tool that protects websites from spam, abuse, and fraud.   • Right to request access to your personal data

  • Right to request restriction of processing

    You have the right to obtain from the data controller the restriction of processing in the specific cases established by law, which include:

    • The accuracy of the personal data is contested by the data subject, for a period enabling the Controller to verify the accuracy of the personal data.
    • The processing is unlawful and the data subject opposes the erasure of the personal data and requests instead the restriction of their use instead.
    • The controller no longer needs the personal data for the purposes of the processing, but they are required by the data subject for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.
    • The data subject has objected to processing pursuant to Article 21.1 of the GDPR pending the verification whether the legitimate grounds of the controller override those of the data subject.
